How it will work
Silent Jolt escalates the same way EyeJolt's alarms already do, but through touch: a gentle tap when you start to drift, a firmer double buzz if drowsiness continues, and sustained vibration bursts if you ignore it. An optional final escalation to sound is available only if you enable it.
Office Mode
A one-tap preset for discreet operation: vibration first, screen effects second, sound off by default. Designed for open offices, control rooms, libraries, long meetings, and anyone wearing headphones.
Honest by design
A silent alert is deliberately less forceful than a full-volume alarm. Silent Jolt is opt-in, ships with a clear disclaimer, and EyeJolt remains loud by default. It is an aid, not a guarantee.
Status
Silent Jolt is in development for iOS and Android, with smartwatch haptics planned to follow — a vibration on the wrist is far harder to sleep through than a phone buzzing on a desk. This page will be updated when it ships; no vibration-only mode is available in the current release.
