A wake-up aid, not a guarantee.

EyeJolt can help alert you when you are fading, but it does not make unsafe fatigue safe.

Driving warning: Feeling drowsy means you should pull over somewhere safe and rest. EyeJolt does not make fatigued driving safe and should never be used to extend driving when you need sleep.

Use EyeJolt as a backup

EyeJolt is best understood as an additional alertness aid for moments when you want a loud, surprising reminder that you are fading.

Do not use it to push through

If you are severely tired, the right answer is rest, not a louder alarm. EyeJolt should not be used to justify continuing an unsafe activity.

It can miss events

Some attention lapses may not include clear camera-visible eye closure. Camera position, lighting, and device support also affect reliability.

Seek help when needed

If you repeatedly nod off unexpectedly, fall asleep during normal activities, or suspect a sleep disorder, seek qualified medical advice.
